With its amazing community feeling and wealth of independent businesses, Treorchy is in some ways performing a lot better than other town centres in Wales. However, we believe we can further improve. Our business community is strong and rather than be complacent, we want to take matters into our own hands and make our town even greater – by working together we can make a real difference!Â
Our Vision
As a Business Improvement District, we have a unique opportunity to improve our town. Love Treorchy pledges to work towards:
- Improving and adding to our events programme
- Strengthening the voice of businesses on matters that affect the town
- Improving the signage around our town
- Tackling shoplifting in our businesses
- Improving and adding to our public areas
- Bringing extra money into the town through grant schemes
Above all, we are pledging to invest in our town’s future.
